Hydraulic Sales Engineer - Melbourne (updated 29/07/2011)
Hydraulic Specialties Pty Ltd is a leader in the Australasian hydraulic industry with branches in Melbourne, Auckland & Christchurch. We are a dynamic privately owned fluid power company specialising in hydraulic component sales, service and full system design.
We import products from manufacturers in Europe, America & Asia to support the local market. We also have a manufacturing division (HYTECH) utilising CNC milling machines to produce hydraulic cartridge valve manifold technology.
Our goal is to make money whilst providing the best product support, technical support & customer service in the Australasian hydraulic industry.
Hydraulic Specialties Pty Ltd is looking for a Sales Engineer based at our Dandenong branch.
The position we have available is a demanding one that requires a wide range of skills.
• Independent management and growth of a sales territory
• Actively promoting our company, its products and services
• Technical back up and support of our products
• Creativity - prototype system design work – often from conceptual design through to final commissioning
You have
• Hydraulic sales experience in the industrial and mobile markets
• A tertiary qualification in engineering
• Excellent English language and communication skills
• Local industry knowledge
• The right to live and work in Australia

As you will be required to travel, we will provide you with a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop. Your position will be full time, salary is negotiable dependant on experience and you will be eligible for the company bonus scheme. You will also be provided with a company credit card to cover all expenses incurred during sales trips.
